Partner's of St. Joseph's Hospital
The Partners organization, formerly known as the Auxiliary and established in 1964, is a vital part of St. Joseph's Hospital. Over 160 volunteers make up this organization, which is a member of Partners of Wisconsin Hospital Association. The volunteers dedicate time each year to offer the St. Joseph's hospital staff and visitors a helping hand assisting them wherever help is needed.
Since 1964, Partners have contributed more than 675,000 hours of service and more than $1.1 million to the hospital for the purchase of equipment and in support of special projects and programs. Each year, Partners also award $5,000 scholarships to two local high school seniors pursuing a degree in a health care field.
For Partners, service is a way of giving back to the community and helping others. It is also a way to meet new people, have fun, and share a variety of experiences with other Partners who share their "gifts from the heart."
