Kirsten Larson, MD

Kirsten Larson, MD, is the medical director for Workforce Health Wellness, Workplace Clinics and FastCare^® Clinics at the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network. Dr. Larson is a family practice physician with expertise in urgent care. She also has a master’s degree in health administration informatics from Northwestern University.

Dr. Larson brings a focus on best practices to the Workforce Health programs including on-site health assessments, in-person coaching and telephonic coaching. Her initiatives are bringing services that are at the forefront of care to more employers. Her unique knowledge and skills enabled Workforce Health to expand to employer clinics and FastCare^® locations.

She is passionate about technology and the potential it has to change healthcare for the better and sees the future of healthcare being driven by those with the knowledge to leverage that potential in new and innovative ways. She believes strongly that instilling trust in the patient-provider relationship is most important.
