Sara Revolinski, PharmD
Sara Revolinski, PharmD is an antimicrobial stewardship coordinator for the Froedtert & the Medical College health network. Dr. Revolinski works to ensure safe exposure to antibiotics with the principle of the “right medication for the right patient, at the right dosage, for the right amount of time.” She advises care teams on antibiotic selection that minimizes side effects for patients and interactivity with other medications. She also engages care teams on sensible use of particular medications to prevent organisms from becoming resistant to antibiotics, which, if left unchecked, can make it difficult to treat some of the sickest patients. Dr. Revolinski holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Wisconsin.
