During the summer months, garden tomatoes are in abundance, which is the perfect time to use them in salads, sauces and salsas. With a few simple ingredients, you'll love making this baked tomatoes recipe, using just a few ingredients. Our specialists at the Bariatric Surgery Program recommend they are eaten plain, but they can be added to sandwiches, burgers or enjoyed bruschetta-style, on top of a small crostini.
