2½ pounds chicken pieces
¼ cup yellow mustard
⅛ cup Splenda brown sugar, unpacked
½ cup powdered peanuts
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (15 ounce) jar applesauce, unsweetened


  1. Cook chicken in sauté pan.
  2. Once nearing fully cooked, add applesauce, mustard, brown sugar and powdered peanuts.
  3. Stir ingredients together.
  4. Simmer over medium heat until an internal temperature of 165ºF is reached.
