INGREDIENTS
2½ pounds chicken pieces
¼ cup yellow mustard
⅛ cup Splenda brown sugar, unpacked
½ cup powdered peanuts
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (15 ounce) jar applesauce, unsweetened
DIRECTIONS
- Cook chicken in sauté pan.
- Once nearing fully cooked, add applesauce, mustard, brown sugar and powdered peanuts.
- Stir ingredients together.
- Simmer over medium heat until an internal temperature of 165ºF is reached.
