Our cancer physicians are among the most highly regarded in the field of oncology today, and many of them devote their entire practice to a particular type of cancer. Using their combined knowledge and expertise, they form personalized treatment plans that result in the best possible outcome for each patient.

The physicians you see are Medical College of Wisconsin faculty physicians dedicated to patient care, research and teaching. We are home to more physicians honored by "Best Doctors in America®" than any other hospital in Wisconsin. Experts from more than 30 different medical specialties work together as multidisciplinary teams — treating everything from the routine to the most difficult cases.

New Patient Coordinators

The new patient coordinators works with patients to gather medical records and arrange appointments and tests. They make sure you are connected with the right physician at the right time and ensure you have all the tests, images and information needed. The coordinator also explains what will happen at each appointment.

Nurses Specializing in Cancer Care

Our oncology nurses are experienced with treating patients in inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as in administering various types of cancer treatments. They are certified through the Oncology Nursing Society.

Radiation Therapists

Radiation therapists work closely with our oncologists to plan and administer radiation treatments. They will help you understand radiation therapy, listen to your concerns and relay your questions to your doctor or nurse. Our radiation therapists are members of the Radiation Therapists of Wisconsin, the American Society of Radiologic Technologists and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
