Douglas Evans, MD, Medical College of Wisconsin surgeon and chairman of the Department of Surgery, discusses the Tissue Banking Program. The bank would then be used to pursue meaningful research in the hopes of finding effective treatments for all human diseases or to find new and improved techniques for early diagnosis of diseases, including cancer.
