Spring Has Sprung!
Spring will arrive soon, with its sense of renewal and hope. We invite you to join us for socializing while creating beautiful mandalas. This art workshop will guide you through the process of creating your own mandala to welcome the new season.
Mandalas have long served as symbols of wholeness, unity and spiritual connection across diverse cultures. Creating mandalas blends artistic expression, mindfulness and symbolic reflection. The process can significantly enhance mental well-being and foster self-awareness. This class explores the therapeutic benefits of creating mandalas, the techniques involved and moving toward emotional wellness with art.
Experience is not needed. People currently having cancer treatment and those who have completed treatment are welcome.
