Description

This course focuses on practical advice for planning and preparing plant-based meals. Clinical perspectives from physicians Greg Blommel, MD, and Robert Gibson, MD, and clinical pharmacist Tamara Struebing, PharmD, will reinforce the many health benefits in terms of diabetes, heart disease, autoimmune diseases, weight loss and more.

Sessions will be interactive and participants will hear from others who have embraced healthy eating to enjoy improved health outcomes.

This session is open to all. New participants encouraged. A refresher session for past participants may be offered in the future.
