Description

Gentle, restorative yoga poses, breathing techniques and deep relaxation are designed specifically for patients in treatment and recovering from cancer. The class aims to help you regain strength and flexibility, cope with stress and increase mental focus and inner piece. It may also stimulate lymph flow and help with treatment side effects.

Please check with your provider before participating to make sure it is an appropriate activity for your cancer treatment stage. All ability levels are welcome and accommodated. Classes are open to all cancer survivors, their families and caregivers.

Classes are offered on a drop-in basis but advanced purchase of a punch card is required. Punch cards are available at Small Stones for $30 for 12 sessions with a six month expiration. You are welcome to try a class at no charge, call Small Stones and ask about a “try-it” class.
