Join the Parkinson’s Foundation Midwest Chapter, in partnership with the Froedtert & MCW Movement Disorders team, for the Parkinson’s Disease Symposium. The conference is also available via Zoom.

The education program will offer information and strategies to support individuals with Parkinson’s disease and their care partners. Topics include sleep and fatigue, nutrition, fall prevention and home safety, preparing for medical appointments and self-care for care partners. Participants will have opportunities to connect with local vendors and community organizations offering valuable information. Whether you are navigating Parkinson’s disease or caring for a loved one, this program provides tools, education and encouragement.

This event is free. 

Registration is required. In-person attendance is limited to 350 guests. Complimentary boxed lunch will be provided, along with a resource fair.

Check-in starts at 11:30 a.m. Presentations begin at 12:30 p.m.

A Zoom option is available for those who would like to join from home. Streaming begins at 12:30 p.m.
