A morning of yoga, meditation, journaling, wellness tips and community.

You are invited to a special offering meant to nourish the body, mind and heart. Yoga therapist and meditation guide Jamie Mullen will share mindful yoga movements and breathing techniques to calm the nervous system in turbulent times, as well as other yogic techniques. There will also be time for contemplation and journaling to better process thoughts and feelings. All activities are designed to enhance your well-being. 

People in any stage of cancer treatment are welcome to attend, but must be able to walk, sit and stand. We will provide chairs for those who find it more comfortable to participate with support. Please bring a water bottle and a yoga mat (if you have one). You don’t need yoga experience; just bring an open heart and mind.
