Summary
This study is being done to answer the following question: Do the combinations of durvalumab (MEDI4736) plus olaparib and cediranib, durvalumab (MEDI4736) and cediranib, or olaparib and cediranib keep patients disease free longer than the usual approach? We are doing this study because we want to find out if these drug combinations are better or worse than the usual approach for your recurrent, platinum-resistant ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer. The usual approach is defined as care most people get for your cancer.
