Summary
This study is being done to answer the following question: Does giving radiation before surgery improve the length of time without the cancer in your brain returning, worsening or causing scarring in your brain? We are doing this study because we want to find out if this approach is better or worse than the usual approach for the cancer in your brain. The usual approach is defined as care most people get for cancer that has spread to the brain.
