This project is being done to evaluate the safety of mavacamten in patients with symptomatic oHCM in the real-world setting. The registry also provides a real-world understanding of the current oHCM patient population, treatment patterns, and clinically relevant outcomes for patients with symptomatic oHCM in the United States.
