Effects of Preeclampsia and Preterm Birth on Maternal Endothelial Function

This study is being done to evaluate how vascular and cardiac function differs at delivery and 3 months post-partum in healthy pregnancies compared to women with severe PreE with preterm delivery and preterm delivery alone. It is also going to evaluate the impact of maternal factors on changes in vascular function post-partum and evaluate the impact of placental damage on severity of disease and vascular function post-partum.
