Summary

The EMST150, an expiratory muscle strength trainer, has been approved by the U.S.
Food and Drug Administration as a Non-Significant Risk device, and in this study we
want to learn more about whether adding use of this device to standard swallowing
exercises will prevent the development of swallowing problems for persons receiving
radiotherapy for cancer of the head and neck.
