A Phase 1/2 Multi-Center Study Evaluating the Safety and Efficacy of IMPT-314, a CD19/20 Bispecific Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T Cell Therapy in Participants with Relapsed or Refractory Aggressive B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

The purpose of this research is to find new ways to treat lymphomas that have either come back after treatment or have stopped responding to treatment. The Sponsor is studying an experimental gene transfer product which is called IMPT-314 (study drug). IMPT-314 is a type of drug called a chimeric antigen receptor T cell, also known as a CAR T cell. The Sponsor wants to make sure this treatment is safe in cancer patients and to determine a safe dosage. The Sponsor also wants to see how well the study drug destroys cancer cells.
