I felt the ladies at the front desk were fine, but their personal conversations among themselves was very loud. Also, when I waited to be signed in because of the angle of the computer screen, one lady didn't even realize that I had been waiting to be signed in. My doctor had my after visit summary printed and it ended up being stapled with another patient's after visit summary. The mistake was found before the information was shared, but it could've been a very bad situation. Dr Dall was very efficient and thorough. He took the time prior to my visit to review my chart so he was very familiar with me and I was very impressed with him overall.
