Abi is literally the best therapist I've ever had. She's kind, she listens, she's easy to talk to, she's very knowledgeable. I trust her fully and love working with her.

I have seen Abi for 5 years this year. She has always been great with hearing my concerns about med changes and explaining things to me. She will reference the data too, which is helpful for me. I have felt like, as we have worked together longer, she understands me better and better. She is open to feedback, actually tries to hear me out, is very insightful, and is trauma-informed. She's the first psychiatric outpatient provider I've seen who understands PTSD and it has changed my care drastically, in a good way.
