About

Alyssa Hazel graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Northern Colorado. Prior to joining Froedtert full time, Dr. Hazel spent an 8-week clinical internship at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Hospital in Denver, CO. She then spent a year-long clinical externship at Froedtert Hospital & the Medical College of Wisconsin where she gained extensive experience in diagnostic audiology, hearing aids, cochlear implants, and tinnitus management/treatment.
