I feel at times Dr Harker-Murray communication style doesn't quite mesh with mine. When she's communicating information, I like to have a back and forth dialogue. She explains something and if I have a question, I will ask in the moment, I feel she views this ass interrupting. It feels to me, she wants to continue through her entire spiel and then open it for questions. I'm more of a back and forth communication style. If I wait until she's completely finished to ask my question, I might forget my question, or concentrate so hard on my question that I'm not listening to what she's saying.

I feel very well informed about my follow up visits.

I have had the best experience at Froedert more than any place I have been. When you are going through bad things it is so nice that everyone ( and I do mean everyone) is so kind and courteous as they have been at Froedert!

Dr is always prepared and current on my labs and other Drs. Always great follow up and answering questions.
