About

Dr. Anita D’Souza is a professor of medicine (hematology/oncology). She completed her medical school from Goa Medical College, India where she graduated at the top of her class and was awarded Best Medical Graduate. She completed her internal medicine residency from William Beaumont Hospital in Michigan where she received the Zimmerman Award for Outstanding Clinical Judgment, Leadership, and Integrity. She completed her hematology/oncology fellowship from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She is a past recipient of the Daniel McCarty Award for Research Excellent and Women in Science Rising Pioneer Award at MCW.

Very please with the care I receive from this provider. She takes the time to answer my questions and make sure I understand my disease. She is an excellent hematological/cancer doctor.
Dr D'Sousa is very professional.
Always have great experience with Grace Climic.
I was extremely pleased with the meeting I had with my provider. I felt that she was genuinely concerned for my care, which means a lot especially when dealing with a very serious health concern. Would highly recommend her to my family and friends.
I must say I was beyond disappointed with my appointment with Dr. D'Souza. Lack of concern snd empathy. And when I did bring up a concern on my PET scan she basically blew it off saying it was fine. Once I got home I contacted Mayo to get a second opinion and needed a referral from Dr. D'Souza. I sent a message asking for one and her response was to do a "self" referral. I was the under the impression your physician would want the best for you and help you out in any way. My mistake. I will not be going back to see Dr. D'Souza nor will I recommend anyone to see her or for that matter go to Froedtert.
Dr.D'Souza always listens to me and explains what we can do.
The visits with dr desouza always go very well. Lab results are addressed and questions and concerns have always been answered. I really appreciate the excellent care!
The care team does excellent work. I was not receiving chemotherapy
It is almost a pleasure to have check ups at the grace Clinic. Of course I would prefer to not need the care of Dr. D' Souza and her team, but I feel blessed to have them directing my care.
