I was made to feel very comfortable and was very happy how all my questions were answered. I was very well informed by the provider on what my medical situation was and how we could manage it.

This was the 1st time meeting Ann R. Smith (AUD) and she was FANTASTIC. From her initial greeting through her walking me out of the office door she was kind, genuine, passionate about her job, and a wonderful listener. She never made me feel rushed, nor did she try to invalidate how I was feeling. She was extremely professional with a keen insight into how anxious patients can be regarding their symptoms and the anguish they are dealing with. She would not over-steer the conversation, but rather let it flow organically to allow for the best insight into what I was feeling and how my tinnitus Impacts my life. She was concerned about other medical factors In my life and allowed me to express how they might be triggers that could be exasperating my symptoms. While conducting the hearing test she was patient with my claustrophobia and made me feel at ease and comfortable with the test. After the hearing test she spent a great deal of time talking to me about the results, where I can go from here, and many suggestions on how to help me deal with tinnitus. I walked out of the office feeling valued as a person and patient, that there Is hope for me when It comes to tinnitus, and provided me with multiple tools to help me along my journey. I apologized multiple times about how much I was talking because I have never had a medical professional spend so much time with me during an Initial visit. I would really like her to be recognized for her kindness, positive attitude, and spectacular bed-side manner. Though I am not sure If I will need to visit her again, but If I do feel as though my tinnitus becomes more troubling I would not hesitate to see her again...matter of fact I would enjoy it (which Is not always how I feel dealing with my medical concerns). Please feel free to share my comments with Ann, I truly believe she deserves to be recognized for providing such extraordinary care to her patients.

Dr Smith is a kind and compassionate caregiver. She is calming and concerned about other non-medical issues I may be having that could affect my medical health. I can't say enough about how lucky I feel to have her involved in my medical care!

Ann Smith is an excellent audiologist. She has been so helpful in guiding me through the process of dealing with my hearing loss, and adjusting to hearing aids. Very compassionate and instructive.

Dr. Smith is wonderful. Very caring, has suggestions and listens to my concerns. Making an appointment in a timely fashion doesn't happen. No one answers the phone. One has to leave a message and wait a day or two for a return call, or one has to make a second call.
