My experience with Dr. Ann Smith was outstanding. She has taken so much time explaining my Tinnitus and what I need to do for the sound. It has been a life changer for me! Today I have an audiology hearing test that was done with so much care. She has such a warm lovely personality..
Dr. Smith did a great job. Gave me space to talk and ask questions while also laying out a treatment plan. I was a bit tangential as a patient and appreciate the space I was allowed to speak freely. It was a great experience from check in to exit. The person who checked me very helpful and pleasant, instantly put me at ease which I appreciated.
Just that everyone was very kind and caring!
Ann did such a fantastic job explaining everything! It was such a great appointment experience
Dr. Smith and the other person were amazing.Dr. Smith is hands down the most caring, supportive, informative doctor I have ever had the pleasure to see.

Dr. Annie Smith is a caring, kind and extremely helpful physician. She is the best.
Annie was very thorough, explained everything, Extremely nice!!
I was at ease and had a memorable experience with a skilled professional.
Gave me helpful information. Dr did not talk down to me and explained tinnitus very clearly and in depth. Appreciated that. I was grateful for the handouts when I left, as there is always so much information to process. These handouts helped at home.
Dr. Ann Smith was very helpful and very interested in helping me with my condition. She explained at length, the testing she was doing, the results, and ways for me to cope with my condition. She also scheduled a follow up visit for me as well as suggestions on other practitioners for me to get in touch with. Ann gave me her full attention and I would strongly recommend her to others. The only problem I had (and this is NOT her fault at all), is that I did have to wait 2 months to see her. Otherwise, I was very pleased with this provider and the excellent care she gave me that day. Thank you!
Everything was excellent.
Ann Smith was outstanding In explaining my situation and what might help. I am very grateful!
Ann was wonderful, as always. She went above and beyond adjusting my hearing aids to work with my violin.
Another positive experience with this provider
Another excellent experience with this provider.
Audiologist Ann is an outstanding communicator and was extremely helpful and informative with me as her patient. I would highly (and have) recommended her to others.
I was incredibly impressed by the personal attention, thoughtful listening to my questions and concerns, and thorough explanations and education given by the doctor. She made me feel as if I were her only patient and that she had all the time in the world to be with me. She explained all testing, results and procedures for care in a way that made it completely understandable.
Consistently high quality care, and personable staff.
