Dr. Guthrie and his staff treated me with calm kindness and competent care. They are efficient without making me feel rushed.

He is a D.O. and that is important to me. We consider alternative, as well as traditional medicine, options for my health and well being. Dr. Guthrie makes me feel like we are a team working together for the greater good. I cannot say enough good things about him, and I am typically very difficult to please!

dr. g always takes the time to ask what is important to me. He knows there is no cookie cutter answer to all problems. He thinks out of the box to help you understand and then walks you through the situation so you understand.

Dr. Guthrie sits looking durectly at you when he talks , not to tbe computer screen! You know he.hears exactly what you say, and can aee any body/facial language. He asks more for more details do he can understand you better. if I have ideas or things I'd like to do or try, he considers them along with his own.He respects my intelligence, my knowledge of my own body, and takes thst into consideration when he comes up with answers.His nurse is very personable, always remembering something about you to make you feel like a person, not judt another patient. She listens and takes notes.very well!

Dr. Guthrie was very personable as always and is phenomenal when addressing my concerns. I was very impressed with his Medical Assistant as well. His whole team does a great job and should be recognized for their compassion with the care that they provide.

I feel very assured of the diagnosis Dr. Guthrie made, the short term care for the problem, & the plan going forward if this first step is not successful. it is not the cure for everyone. this was my first visit with him & I believe he is going to be a good diagnostician going forward with my care.

His whole nursing staff is wonderful with my daughter to make her feel comfortable! we switched from peds in Menomonee falls about 2.5 years ago because we could never see her actually pediatrician. I went for what I was scheduled to be seen for, but I had another issue that I needed addressed. Dr. Guthrie and team were extremely receptive and addressed both my issues. In addition, Dr. Guthrie was very clear on my treatment options and worked with me to make the right decision. I have always been treated with dignity and respect by all Jackson and Hartford staff. Near the end of our time together the doctor got up and said " I don't have all day". I felt rushed and not totally cared for. He was behind schedule and had to get to the next patient. My wife and daughter think I should change doctors. I have been a patient for 12 years. Would every doctor there be as rushed?
