About
Cancer care is a collaborative team effort that can involve the administration of various treatment modalities, such as surgery to remove tumors, radiation therapy to destroy cancer cells, chemotherapy to target cancer cells, immunotherapy to enhance the immune system to fight cancer, and targeted therapy to specifically target cancer cells. I recognize the importance of involving patients and family members in decision-making, respecting their autonomy, and tailoring care to their unique needs and preferences. I emphasize on a holistic approach beyond the immediate medical condition and strive to address patients' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs, recognizing the interconnectedness of these aspects of health and well-being. My goal is to treat every patient as I would treat my own family member and provide a comprehensive and compassionate care from the diagnosis, treatment and beyond to support patients during their survivorship and recovery.
