I always have a great experience with my provider and the MAs.

I am very happy with my eye care at Froedtert Hospital.

This was my second visit that was scheduled for a re-check yesterday afternoon; however nurse errored by placing it on yesterday's morning - not today. I appreciate staff working me in.My first exam was not as I expected with changing a routine examination into a more expensive medical procedure with higher cost - not fully disclosed up front. Today Dr. Healy changed my prescription and took the time to better address previous concerns. We also discovered Dr. Healy's follow up on my chart was never received by me, until today for some unknown reason. I thank Dr. Healy and her staff for taking the time today and fine tuning my prescription and concerns.

I appreciated the timelines of my appointment. It is gratifying to have my personal schedule honored by not having to wait "forever" in the waiting room. The assistant did a commendable job of explaining and sharing information with me through the whole initial exam process. The examination by Beth Healy was considerate and handled in such a way that I left feeling fully informed of my diagnosis as well as suggested preventative measures to deal with my situation.

She's the best!

The Nurse Aides, and OF COURSE the doctor herself, were just excellent in "putting up" with me.

The PA was pleasant, professional, and good to work with in an exam I often find challenging. It was even fun. The doctor was also pleasant and good to work with, even giving me information I didn't like hearing. Her clear, direct, intelligent, professional presentation was the best a person could ask for.

Dr. Healy always treats me very recpectively and gives me the best eye exam and correction to my vision possible. She has a kind and caring demeanor. She always tells me of any cautions to monitor, and to call her immediately. I recommended my husband to also have his exam done by her, as he is diabetic and needed a thorough eye exam. He had his first appt right after mine yesterday.

Dr. Healy is an excellent provider. Friendly, courteous, respectful , thorough, knowledgeable. She has excellent communication skills and I regard her very highly. I have been seeing her for a number of years and highly recommend her. All other staff who worked with me were also friendly and helpful and very Competent.

Dr. Healy very good. Intern not very tactful. Technician didn't make me comfortable.
