carol was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable during my visit. She really took her time explaining and walking through what she was doing, which made me feel very secured about my cares I was receiving here. She's very knowledgeable and sensitive, I feel that she's a great asset the the team and truly enjoyed my visit with her, thanks Carol!

she seemed rushed, which is understandable to see other patients and not keep them waiting, but for a sensitive subject like infertility, it might be more welcoming to go at a slightly slower pace. It'd also be very welcomed to address the difficulties that the couple is going through in a more compassionate manner, especially for the first visit.

Carol had reviewed my chart before my appointment and noticed I was on a medication that could interfere with the treatments I'm doing with her, which no provider had mentioned. I am incredibly grateful that she brought it to my attention.

I loved that she took the time to talk and share stories with me. it truly helped me feel like she cared about me personally and not just treating me like another patient she has to get to that day. Thank you for everything.
