Dr. Vetter and her team are top-notch caregivers! Thank you for the quick appointment.
Dr Vetter sat down and listened to the full picture of what has been going on with both shoulders. She took the time to ask follow up questions and answered my questions and concerns. She did a thorough examine and didn't rush to make a diagnosis. Her staff got this appointment scheduled very quickly and got me in for follow up even more quickly to determine next steps. I felt heard and listened to. Really grateful for attentive culture she has created and not just focusing on one issue.
I have had a lot of difficulty with little to no investigation or concern. A lot of my complaints were dismissed by Dr Vetter. She was unprepared for this visit and there appeared to be information she needed that was missing to help guide any treatment Ie updated mri, biodex, etc so no opinion was given on those. I was told I needed certain documentation within the note for ssdi and dme which she was resistent about but In the end agreed to do. The MA didnt introduce themselves bringing me back and asked all questions that could have been answered with a brief chart review.
Very much appreciate being contacted about an opening with the doctor the next day. Appreciate your follow up call about our next appointment!
Very thorough, knowledgeable explanation, calm And gentle during examination. The whole team seemed very kind, friendly, and straightforward in answering my questions. I was surprised how much time they actually spent with me compared to other doctors I have seen. The environment was extremely busy yet very efficient without me feeling rushed. Thank you

Dr. Vetter, I feel bent over backwards to get me in to see her at last minute would could be considered two emergency quadricep ruptures, and get In me set up for emergency as soon as possible
Skillfully executed!

Very pleased with my whole experience.
Dr. Vetter took the time to explain things using the MRI images, and greatly put my mind at ease that I do not need surgery. I greatly appreciate her patience!
