Dr Kaufman is one good doctor
I'm so thankful for my doctor and his nurse. They are awesome.

I usually do not complete surveys. But I was so impressed with the entire system today, I wanted to give some positive feedback. I love the new process for doing labs in the patient room, scheduling the next appointment in the patient room, etc. It limited my time there and was very efficient.

It was nice the person that checked me in took my information off my drivers license, rather than asking for information out loud.
Dr. Kaufmann has been my doctor for 27 years. So he is family. And his nurse is also.
We drive 45 minutes one way and pass at least three other Froedtert facilities to go to West Bend. Our PCP and his team have always been on top of their game and it's actually enjoyable to meet with them
