I think Dr. Long provides excellent care. He acts genuinely concerned and takes the time to answer all questions.
I waited 3 months for this aptmt. Doctor was nice but also somewhat dismissive to my thoughts. I am following through on his suggestions for the most part , but am revisiting my primary for his input in a med change suggested.

Dr Long is seriously the BEST!!
Dr. C. Long is exceptional. Kind, curious, helpful and listens well. Asks for questions and provides helpful explanations.. He's a good provider and explains what he is doing with an idea of what he hopes for in results. He is a real asset to your clinic and to the medical profession.
Both Dr. Long and his nurse were very kind and polite, they listened and responded very well to any questions and concerns.
I now understand very well what is going on with mt throat and ears. I feel much better that my worst fears were not necessary. Now I can concentrate on my allergies and sinuses. Also because I'm using the nasal spray several times a day, per Dr Long, I am now able to have some taste and smell. That's a big thing. Thank you Dr long and all of my Froedtert drs and nurses for caring for me.
The physician I saw was outstanding.
Smiles go a long way and I didn't get one except from Dr. Long, he was great.

I arrived at the requested time and was immediately greeted. I was given directions as to what floor to go to and what area to go to. We entered the area and sat down. Then within a few minutes I was called into the examination room.
Everyone was very nice.
Overall absolutely love Dr. Long and the ent clinic. I feel he listens to me, doesn't rush me; and is kind. I wish they would reserve a same day appt or two bc when you have an issue it takes months to get in, even if you're willing to go to another location.
Dr Long is an outstanding phyisican. He listens, is personable, genuine cares for his patients, is willing to work with you to find an appropriate treatment and also explains thing very well.He is really a great doctor. I am so pleased my primary doctor recommended Dr. Long. He was finally able to diagnosis my issue and prescribed a treatment that has been helpful.
