I was so impressed, I had arrived extremely early due to driving such a long distance. However the staff and Doctor called me in almost immediately when they realized I was there. I ended up departing for home at my original appointment time. Talk about adapting to a patient's arrival and working efficiently!! Also, Dr. Long is a great surgeon and helped me make a great recovery!

I moved to the Upper Peninsula of MI a few years ago and have seen an ENT locally. I was not happy with the care and had limited access to other ENT's. So decided to make the 4 hour journey back to Dr Long who I had seen previously. He's worth the drive.

Dr. Long listen to my problem and arrived at a diagnosis quickly. The proposed solution has worked well and I've already begin to realize positive difference 5 days after my visit with Dr. Long.

My experience with Dr. Long has been nothing but highly satisfying. He is easy to engage in conversation concerning my medical condition. He has provided a level of care that I was not receiving from earlier practitioners at a different facility.

Felt a bit rushed with the doctor

I wish that you could see a physician right away when you have a health issue and make an appointment. I wasted six months being treated for the wrong problem by my primary physician's NP and the ENT NP. Once I saw Dr. Long he knew within a few minutes that my problem was an infection and prescribed the correct treatment.
