I arrived at the requested time and was immediately greeted. I was given directions as to what floor to go to and what area to go to. We entered the area and sat down. Then within a few minutes I was called into the examination room.

Everyone was very nice.

Overall absolutely love Dr. Long and the ent clinic. I feel he listens to me, doesn't rush me; and is kind. I wish they would reserve a same day appt or two bc when you have an issue it takes months to get in, even if you're willing to go to another location.

Dr Long is an outstanding phyisican. He listens, is personable, genuine cares for his patients, is willing to work with you to find an appropriate treatment and also explains thing very well.He is really a great doctor. I am so pleased my primary doctor recommended Dr. Long. He was finally able to diagnosis my issue and prescribed a treatment that has been helpful.

After struggling to get answers for my issues for years, when I finally was able to see Dr. Long, he listened to my concerns and has helped address my ear and nose issues. The medical staff is also super friendly, I live the MA's at this clinic, they even made a little cast once for my daughter's doll awhile back and all signed it for her, they really care and take care of their patients and it means so much to me to have a healthcare team that does.
