My experience with Dr. Long has been nothing but highly satisfying. He is easy to engage in conversation concerning my medical condition. He has provided a level of care that I was not receiving from earlier practitioners at a different facility.

Felt a bit rushed with the doctor

I wish that you could see a physician right away when you have a health issue and make an appointment. I wasted six months being treated for the wrong problem by my primary physician's NP and the ENT NP. Once I saw Dr. Long he knew within a few minutes that my problem was an infection and prescribed the correct treatment.

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Long. He is thorough, knowledgeable, straight-forward when explaining complex and sometimes frightening (to the patient) diagnoses, even-keel explaining next steps to be taken, kind and considerate at every appointment, and always has his patient's best interest at heart. Any stress I have at the beginning of an appointment is replaced with relief by the end, no matter what we discuss, as I know I am in very, very capable hands. That's a great feeling!

Dr Long was a wonderful listener. His exam was explained. He understood my issue and provided me with choices. He was very welcoming.

Very glad I came to Froedert MCW for my pituitary macroadenomas! Great staff, great Dr's. Everything went so smoothly! My only complaints would be the drive and the size of Froedert! It's great, love the teaching hospital and all the people there. Quite a bit of walking for someone with four back surgeries!

Dr Long was one of the best providers I have seen to date. He was professional, caring, and responsive to my concerns. He changed my entire quality of life for the better, and I can't say thank you enough.

The physician may need to update his knowledge, didn't have knowledge why my condition was happening or provided alternative solutions besides the procedures that was done previously which was a failure to the problem.
