Had to wait about a half hour for doctor Sullivan to come in. He did apologize for running behind. Not mad about the wait but glad he apologized

I knew from talk in the waiting room that Dr. Was behind, more like overscheduled. I wish Froedtert allowed more time per patient for specialists. We're obviously there for a complex issue and really need time for discussion of treatments options. I never felt rushed and Dr. Sullivan took the needed time to explain the problem, refer to my xrays, and discuss treatment options. I am thankful he didn't rush and I felt like he took care of me. I really appreciated the nurse who gave me my brace and took time to explain it to me. I am unhappy with how long I now have to wait for the cortisone injection, but I understand you're understaffed right now.

I'm so very grateful for Dr. Sullivan's care. The surgery he performed on my wrist is healing well and his follow up to issues I still have has already improved my level of pain. I am blessed to be under his care. Thank you.

Everyone was very, polite, attentive, and cheerful. Even with being behind schedule. I didn't notice it being a problem for anyone working with me.
