Entire staff was very polite and informative, advised me that there might be a delay with my appointment, which was much less than expected. Dr. Kaiser was very informative and down to earth, not condescending. The nurses were also professional and friendly. Everything went good.

Dr. Kaiser was fantastic. I was extremely impressed with his attentiveness to my concerns. He clearly shows he cares for his patients and wants to understand all factors and root causes. I'm glad I chose him for my new primary care doctor .

Dr. Kaiser was running late and seemed somewhat agitated and at times even stressed. This did not seem to compromise his focus and professionalism significantly, but it was distracting.

I really like Dr Kaiser because he takes the time to listen and analyse the issues I present to him. Also like that he does not sugar coat things and yet is perceptive of personal needs/issues

It was way better then where I was going. Shown more concern and more advice, definitely explained things in a way I would understand. And showed they really cared, the minute you show up is the minute you get in depending on how busy. It is a blessing. I definitely would recommend others to go here.

I had not been to a doctor in about 15 years. I was quite nervous about going. But everyone from the staff conversed with me and made me feel a bit more at ease. I am happy to have gone and have a course of action for treatment now.

Making appointments and coming to see Dr. Kaiser has a painless. He is the best primary care doctor I have ever had and I actually like coming in because I feel well taken care of. The guy cares about my concerns, listens and takes time to think through the problem. Never seems to rush through my appointment and answers all questions. His staff is friendly and courteous. Making appointments is easy and I barely wait 2 minutes to be seen. This place is a well oiled machine and the people are terrific.

This was the 2nd time I came to this clinic and was as impressed as I was the first time with the way this clinic handles their patients and the overall condition of this clinic. A beautiful facility.

Dr.Kaiser was extremely knowledgeable and doesn't just treat the symptoms as many doctors do, but he looks for the causes to the problem. His examination was thorough, and gave me a lot of insight as to why I was having the consistent problems I have been having and even suggested a long term solution in order to prevent the sickness which no other doctor has done in the many times I've come in for this issue. The care was exceptional.

Great provider, tells it like it is, isn't motivated by a political agenda like a lot of healthcare and institutions.

Dr. Kaiser really listened and spent time talking with me about solutions instead of just a 2 minute conversation and sending me on my way! I immediately left my appointment feeling more hopeful, and texted my dad recommending he see him too!!!!!
