Dr. Weinberg has been an awesome doctor. he takes time to answer my questions and even to encourage me as I consider pursuing a career as an eye doctor. One of my main reasons for considering the field is the excellent care I have received from him. His incredible expertise and friendly manner are an inspiration to me.

when I got to see the doctor, I was told the appointment would take 1-2 hours, they would dialate my eyes, and I would have trouble seeing at work for 5 hours. it wiuld have been nice to know that prior to the appointment! I had to reschedule for the next week. I am currently in the waiting room. had my eyes dialated over an hour ago and here I sit.

He gave me a very thorough eye examination to check for a possible condition that I was very concerned about and was able to allay much of my concern. He and his staff also got me into his office within two hours of being contacted about my need to see him. I was impressed all the way around - and very thankful.

Wait time was excessive

No one spoke to me about how to stay healthy or avoid illness, although the subject was not brought up, and I don't see why it should have been.

I asked dr weinberg for a second opinion on my current eye condition. I did provide a brief description of my medical history with another care provider. He reviewed that information and then gave his assessment. He is extremely knowledgeable and did offer an alternative opinion on what might be my problem. He did suggest a course of action that I might consider. The following day I called his office and accepted the trial he had suggested.

i would never see him again. he is dismissive, discredits my symptoms and understanding of my condition, and has caused me to transfer my care to UW Madison, as I will never work with him again.

In the past when I went to the eye institute the doctors I saw were very concerned about my eye condition. This doctor didn't fully read my chart which greatly disappointed me. My whole eye history has always been with Froedtert. Better communication skills and actually reading my full medical history would've help me feel more at ease. I've lost all respect for the eye institute.

I have found this provider and his staff to be to caring, knowledgeable, polite and professional. I have been his patient for quite a while. However, I have always found the receptionists (at the desk when you get off the elevator on the second floor) to be quite rude and quite unprofessional. Not once, but every visit over the years. Now my appointments are every six months, but I had been going there every two months. Thank you.

not enough information given to me about injection. a pamphlet would have helped. or name of injection. I felt rushed after waiting 45 minutes.
