Dr. Douros currently serves in the following team capacities:
- Assistant Team Physician to the Milwaukee Bucks
- Head Team Physician Wisconsin Herd
- Assistant Team Physician to the Milwaukee Brewers
- Physician to the Milwaukee Ballet
- Team Physician to Wauwatosa West High School
Dr. Douros has served in the past as:
- Assistant Physician to the Chicago Blackhawks (2012-13)
- Assistant Physician to the Chicago Cubs (2013)
- Assistant Physician to Northwestern University Athletics (2012-13)
Dr. Douros has also spoken at numerous conferences regionally and nationally about sports injuries. He has also participated in educational seminars teaching advanced techniques to orthopaedic residents and fellows. His active research interests include hip, knee, and baseball specific sports injuries and treatments.
He is double board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and Surgical Sports Medicine. He is a member of the International Society of Hip Arthroscopy, American Orthopaedic Society of Sports Medicine, Arthroscopy Association of North America, and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery.
