check up by phone. Dr. Teves called on schedule. We discussed my concerns and her recommendations. I was very satisfied with her and her recommendations for further tests to be scheduled after the virus emergency settles down.

Dr. Teves is amazing. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and discuss next steps. She also explains how she can personally relate to my struggles and reassures me that we are working together to help me achieve my long term goals. I am very fortunate to be able to have her on my healthcare team!

I have seen provider twice, last year & recently. Both times she was late, 1st time an hour & 10 minutes & recently 35 minutes. Excuses for lateness were lame, a flat tire & important phone call. No one in the clinic knew where she was because she dosent communicate with the clinic staff. Provider is disrespectful & lacks professionalism in her dealings with patients. Clinic manager & patent relations is aware of the problem. I spoke to them last year & they remembered me when I called after my last appointment. There is a sign at check-in desk that says "if you, meaning the patient. is 15 minutes late for their appointment, they must reschedule their appointment" but the physician can waltz in whenever she feels like it. Won't be recommending her or the clinic to friends/family. My primary physician will be monitoring my conditions. She can tell time & is on time for appointments.

This provider worked so hard to get this over-scheduled, non-compliant patient in as soon as she could and at an alternate clinic rather than my having to wait until March or later! that was truly above & beyond, exceptional care & service!!
