Very pleased with entire experience!!

The provider was knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. He spent quite a while listening and talking with me, and ordered a test that other providers had neglected. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the nurse was great as well. Wonderful location and staff!

Dr Shumate is very kind and caring! I feel good in his care. Also, he continues to meet with me to make sure things are going well and does not just abandon me to figure it out on my own.

Was very tentative and listened. Felt like they cared about my concern of my medical issue. Was a very nice visit and would highly recommend.

I SO appreciate the migraine care that Dr. Shumate has given me. It's been a life changer for me!

There was a bit of a mixup w scheduling. I was told by clinic staff that I needed prior auth for this treatment. After waiting 2 weeks without hearing anything I called my insurance company and they said they didn't receive anything. I called the clinic back to let them know to resend it, and three days later I received a call back from the clinic saying I didn't need a prior auth and could just schedule. Otherwise everything was great. Dr. Humane explained everything in detail, and he made sure I was fine throughout the procedure.

I really appreciate not feeling rushed through the appointment. I know medical personnel and places are really busy.

Dr. Shumate and his team are excellent! They have helped me manage my migraines to the point that I can live a more normal life.

Very happy with how they went over my condition and described what might be happening, was aware and had all the information they needed to look at ready from visits to other doctors regarding my condition. And describing alternatives for what type of treatment I would like to peruse along with the recommendations. I didn't feel like info was a one-way street, we got to discuss what steps I was comfortable taking.

I wish that all Doctors could be like Dr. Dr. Shumate! He really cares about his patients. He is kind, knowledgeable and really patient. I appreciate that!
