Dr Cope is a great doctor.
Friendly, efficient and professional service.
Previous Appointment for the identical check-up was 2 1/2 hours. This appt. was ONE HOUR. Much, much better.Thank you. I guess it is much better to have an early morning appointment.
I did have more of a longer wait. I was there for little over 2 hours. But it worked out. I need to go and appreciate Dr. Cope because of my eye conditions.
Doctor Cope has always been very nice, answering questions and explaining what's going on with my eyes. There are a few things he keeps an eye on for me and he compares each new visit to the one prior so I know what's going on. Thank you.

Dr Cope is a phenomenal clinician. He listens and has compassion and is extremely thorough.
The tech always performs a glaucoma test, but then Doctor Cope always does it, too. It's an unpleasant test, and I'd rather have it done just once. The tech shouldn't do it if the doctor is going to.

The wait time once I was taken back to begin the eye exam was quite long. I was at the clinic for over two hours total. As frustrating as that is, I will continue to see Dr. Cope. He is professional, thorough, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything so well and also take the time to make sure any of my concerns are addressed.
