About
Emma Kell, MS, Genetic Counselor, joined the genetic counseling team in May 2025. She grew up in the Milwaukee area. Emma earned dual bachelor's degrees in cancer biology and genetics & genomic sciences with minors in chemistry and biology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2022. In 2025, she graduated with her Master of Science in Genetic Counseling from the Medical College of Wisconsin's Genetic Counseling Training Program.
Emma is enthusiastic about providing patient-centered care that prioritizes clarity, empathy, and respect for each individual's unique circumstances. She aims to make complex genetic information understandable and meaningful, helping patients feel confident and supported in making informed decisions that reflect their values. Emma also enjoys collaborating with other members of the patient's care team from a variety of specialties to ensure her patients receive the care they need.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and canine companion, and exploring new state parks.
