Dr. Olafsson is simply amazing. His care, compassion and bedside manner Is unmatched. I sent a MyChart message at 5pm requesting an appointment and by 7:30am the next morning I had a message with a 4:20pm appointment that day! Less than 24 hours after the request was sent! Unheard of! Kudos to everyone in this office for your response time on MyChart messages, RN calling to triage my symptoms making sure I was OK to wait for office visit and to Dr. Olafsson for having access for acute needs. THIS is patient centered care!
