Based on my medical records and the information I provided, I know I dumped a lot on the appointment. Dr Chan's thoroughness proved to me I hadn't been well cared for in years and that I had chosen wisely in picking her as my doctor to ensure my future good health

Very thorough. Great follow up through MyChart messaging! One recommended follow up exam requires a visit to specialist first which I believe to be a waste of their time, get the study then decide if I need to see the specialist.

This visit came at the end of a series of confusing and seemingly contradictory recommendations from several doctors. Dr. Chan was able to clarify everything for me and then it all made sense. (Unless you were talking about the mammogram, which was even better!)

Dr. Chan is excellent. She Is extremely knowledgeable and she listens and responds to any questions I have. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care physician. I have seen many doctors In my 77 years, and she Is the best.

Everything was fine.

I arrived mid morning and sat in the waiting room for at least a half an hour with no one telling me that the provider was running behind. I was going to question the front desk, but I didn't. When I was called back, the medical assistant explained that the doctor was running behind this morning and apologized. She came in and checked on me two times to let me know that the physician was still with a patient. When Dr. Chan finally came in She also apologized as she said the last two patients were dealing with a lot of issues. she still took her time with me as she explained my concerns, and listened very closely to what I was saying. I really like her. I trust her. I understand being late for the concerns of the previous patients. It is too bad that I had to wait. I did not have time to get my blood drawn that day. As I had previously planned.

Dr. Chan is the most fantastic physician! She really cares about her patients, I am lucky to have her on my team!

Dr. Chan is an amazing physician. I highly recommend her. I was a new patient; she took the time to review and analyze my medical history with me, quickly honed in on gaps, and identified several items to pursue. She is very personable and effectively explained various conditions - even pulling up photos and graphics on the computer In the exam room. I have relocated 4 times in the last 12 years. She is the best physician I have ever had. I feel very lucky to have found her!
