Dr. Fareau is a Board Certified Endocrinologist and Assistant Professor in the Division of Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Clinical Nutrition. He graduated with Honors from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland, and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire. He completed a Clinical and Research Fellowship in Endocrinology at the Baylor College of Medicine and the University of Texas, MD Anderson Cancer Center joint program, where his educational interests included diagnostic and treatment strategies of endocrine cancers. He joined the Faculty of the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2007.

Continue to exceed expectations!
When I requested adding an A1C bloodwork test to my labs for my thyroid, somehow it was in place of my thyroid labs. Thank you for resolving this quickly, so I didn't have to wait too long after fasting. Just wanted to mention it to avoid this happening in the future. Thanks again! Great to see you, Dr. Fareau!
Dr. Fareau is an excellent physician! He always makes time to explain things to you, like your condition, test results, etc. Even if news is bad, he and his staff make sure you thoroughly understand things and what the next steps are.
