I initially had trouble rescheduling my appointment with Dr. Roth. I contacted your patient care/advocacy department. They were responsive and I received a timely appointment with Dr. Roth. I appreciate greatly this treatment. During my visit, a spot needing biopsy was found. If I had agreed to wait until the March and April dates offered to me, that wait could have had disastrous consequences. Thanks to all for listening to my concerns.
