Dr. Mogal specializes in surgical oncology with a focus on regional therapies including hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemoperfusion (HIPEC) to treat advanced appendiceal, ovarian, colorectal and gastric cancers, psuedomyxoma peritonei and mesothelioma. He also specializes in the surgical treatment of general gastrointestinal malignancies, melanomas, and sarcomas. His research interests include studying the outcomes of patients undergoing regional therapy for peritoneal surface disease.
