I highly recommend this doctor. They worked to get me in as soon as possible due to my test results. Then they made sure that I met the required follow up per my insurance company. I am so happy with the treatment. I feel much better and have more energy.

Dr.Smale has been an excellent MD for me for about 30-40 years. I love the fact he is very intelligent esp.in Pathophysiology ,and can explain everything so well. Need more like him.

Dr. Smale has been my pulmonologist for three years. Every time I see him, I am struck by his care in listening to me and in reviewing all my records, not just the ones pertaining directly to my breathing issues. Even though my asthma is mild, he recognizes that it still causes me some distress, and he has made sure to track it down to its source. He is equally careful about my chronic (30-year) cough, which no other doctor has ever noted before. My visits to him leave me feeling very reassured that I am in good hands.His nurses are equally competent and caring. It is obvious that both Dr. Smale and his staff are dedicated to real patient care.I appreciate that so much.
