Dr. Gehl is a Medical College of Wisconsin internist and pediatrician. Originally from the Milwaukee area, he completed medical school in Chicago at Rush Medical College followed by an internship and residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He is motivated to provide comprehensive primary care to infants, children, adolescents, and adults in a manner that works for each individual patient or family with the hopes of developing long term patient-doctor relationships built on good communication and shared decision-making.

Dr. Gehl really listens to you and responds to your concerns and questions.
I always feel listened to and cared for.
The video visit was very seamless with the MA doing the rooming and MD coming in afterwards. Dr. Gehl is an excellent primary care physician and I always appreciate his thoroughness and thoughtful care.

I have noticed that it is becoming more difficult to schedule appointments with Dr. Gehl himself, please do not start to overbook him and refer all of his patients to NPs and the like. Dr. Gehl is my family's doctor and HE is who I want myself and my family to see, not a substitute.
