Only problem I had was with the wait time for the doctor and for the other involved with my care. All of the staff was very professional, courteous and caring.
Good bed side manner, friendly, knowledgeable and a good sense of humor.
I had a biopsy done and Dr. Bruening was excellent at communicating all throughout it.
Dr. Bruening makes me feel listened to and cared for. I would highly recommend her to others.
There was a major delay in being seen. The doctor listened well and answered questions thoroughly but I felt rushed at the end, especially when she opened the door signaling she was moving on. I am about to have a life changing surgery and was surprised to be ushered out so abruptly.
All staff I dealt with especially Dr. Bruening were very polite and courteous of my self and my questions. Dr. Bruening talked with me in more of a person to person manner than doctor to patient, greatly respect that Thank you everyone there.
She is great!
There could have been much better instructions for followup when we left the hospital after the surgery.
