My visit was in person not virtual. Jennifer Richards is excellent at what she does and I highly recommend her. She really cares.

I could not be any happier to have Jennifer Richards as my Primary Provider. She is so skilled and educated in the field of medicine and she really cares for me as a patient. I know that Jennifer has my best interest and guiding me in the proper medical direction in all areas for my health.

It took a couple weeks to get an appointment with Jennifer. My primary care physician didn't have an opening for weeks. I have never experienced this problem before. I came to see my primary for intense itching on body. Primary Didn't get out of her chair to look at my skin. Just told me to take antihistamines. I felt that she could have inspected areas that were severely itchy, or check for rashes in areas that I can not see well.

Jen is a great! She genuinely cares and makes sure all aspects of my health are addressed. So thankful I get to see her!
