About

I completed a Fellowship in Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology in 2014 at Baylor College of Medicine. Since that time, I have become involved in several organizations that aim to improve gynecologic care available to young women.

Even though I've only seem Dr. Francis a couple of times, I have continually recommended her to other ppl because of the level of care I've received.
I'm very grateful to have this lgbt inclusion clinic in southeast Wisconsin and thankful to have a caring provider such as Dr Francis
I really appreciate that Dr Francis took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, answer all my questions, and offer the option for me to send a MyChart message if I thought of any additional questions after the visit.
The provider Dr. Francis took her time, answered every question for me. She did not appear rushed at all. Her answers were exceptionally thorough and truly made me feel validated as a person. Her medical assistant was exceptionally caring and was able to remember some thing that I told her six months before. I would recommend Dr. Francis and her medical assistant to anyone that needed care. As a provider myself I would recommend the inclusion clinic to any of my LGBTQ patients.
Most extensive examination I had in years. Helped address my concerns about my condition.
Dr. Francis is amazing. She is one of the best doctors I have ever worked with
Dr. Francis and her staff are everything I hoped for and more.
Dr. Francis is one of the best. She always listens, treats me with dignity and respect, and takes my concerns seriously. She is also very responsive to messages and answers my questions thoroughly.
