I did not leave feeling like I had reasonable treatment options and I didn't learn anything I didn't already know. It felt like a waste of money. I will not be returning and will be seeking treatment directly with PCP instead. Doctor also ordered an MRI for me without real need (male family members have had strokes at very old ages, and I'm in my 30s) which felt like a way to squeeze more money out of me.

Dr Florczak seems to struggle with patient interactions and my appointments do not include a lot of eye contact or direct conversation about how I am doing. However, the condition I am seeing him for is well managed under his care.

He is the BEST!!! It took me 9 months to get my first appointment, but for my Botox injections I got in within a couple of weeks. It was a long wait for my first appointment, but well worth the wait. Also when I message the clinic they get back to me within a day, which is so much better than my primary which takes forever and then unless the doctor sees my message the answer is usually wrong.

He was running extremely late but I was never told he was which is terrible as you want me there on time and I was once I couldn't be seen because of this. It should be the same rule for everyone. Everyone has emergency that come up. When he eventually came in he was very fast to get in and out. Not leaving me with time to talk to him

Dr. Florczak is an excellent physician. He has taken terrific care of me since 2014. He has cut my average number of migraine headache days in half. I could not ask for a better doc!
